Your team just got bigger
This is not just a regular update. It's one of our biggest releases so far, and a big step toward what we're building: Compri as your everyday team for Procurement and Supply Chain work.
Here's what's new in this release:
- AI Workforce: meet the AI agents working alongside your team, see what they're working on, and measure their impact and ROI.
- Routines: schedule the work you repeat every week with just a message, and let it run by itself.
- AI Dashboards: build shared team dashboards with just a prompt.
⚡ AI Workforce
AI agents working alongside your human colleagues
In the new AI Workforce section you can check the agents, their impact, and what they're working on:
- Tony, Order cycle manager
Reads supplier confirmation emails, matches them to your open orders and keeps every delivery date up to date without manual work. - Bruce, Insight
Continuously scans your spend and supplier base to find concrete ways to save money and reduce risk, then flags them for review. - Wanda, News
Surfaces the industry news that actually affects your supply chain, from raw-material prices to supplier events. - Carlo, Document processor
Processes incoming documents and extracts the structured data that matters.
AI Workforce: the agents working for your team
What you see
- Real-time contribution. Actions completed by the agents, hours given back to your team, and estimated savings in your currency, filterable by period (for example, year to date).
- A downloadable report. All agent activity, ready to share with management.
- Two views for each agent. What it needs you to review, ordered by priority, and the full log of what it completed on its own.
You're always in control of what the AI does, and why.

🔁 Routines
“Do this for me, every week”
A routine is work the AI repeats for you on a schedule.
Create it by just sending a message. Describe what you need in plain words, like “chase late suppliers every Monday”. The assistant asks the right questions (period, level of detail, who should get the results), shows a preview of what the routine would do today, and asks you to confirm. No forms, no long and complex setup.
Routines: the assistant asks a clarifying question before creating the routine
Examples and use cases
| Use case | Example |
|---|---|
Recurring reports | This week's deliveries, every Monday. |
Monitoring and alerts | A late delivery or a supplier document about to expire. |
Document checks | Invoices that don't match the order. |
Supplier emails | Reminders on overdue deliveries or confirmation requests for open orders. |
Runs when you need it, remembers what it found
- Flexible scheduling. Every day, every Monday, the first Monday of the month, the last day of the month, or just once. Your choice.
- Results land as tasks in Compri and/or by email. With a direct link to the routine.
- Each run knows what came up last time. So it can compare (“compared to last week…”).
- Run now, pause, resume or edit it in chat. And check the history of every run.
- A routine can also tidy up your tasks. Closing the ones that match a condition you define.
Share with your team
Colleagues who receive a routine's results find it among their shared routines, read-only. Only the creator can edit it, so every routine has a clear owner, especially the ones that write to suppliers.
🤖 AI Dashboard
Shared team dashboards, built by asking
The Favorites tab is now AI Dashboard, a dashboard your whole team shares. Ask the assistant to build one from scratch and it creates it with the right charts.
It can also add charts to an existing dashboard and draw data tables in chat with proper currency formatting. Any table or chart can be saved to your dashboard for later.
