How it works
Register the lead
Fill out the form on this page before the intro. We lock the lead to your name for 6 months and flag any overlap on the spot.
Make a senior intro
A warm intro to a Head/Director of Procurement, CPO, COO or other C-level with buying authority. One email or message is enough — you don't need to join the calls.
We handle everything
Demo, negotiation, contract, onboarding: all on us. We keep you posted, no further selling required.

Your lead is protected for 6 months
Every registered contact is locked to your name in our CRM. If the client signs within 6 months, the commission is yours, regardless of how the deal unfolds.

Frequently asked questions
The introduction must happen at a senior level: your referral is qualified if the person introduced is a Head/Director of Procurement, Chief Procurement Officer, Chief Operating Officer or other C-level with decision-making power over the purchase of procurement software.
No. You can collaborate as a freelance consultant or professional with a VAT number. For company employees, the collaboration happens through a simple written agreement that sets out the commission terms.
Your referral stays protected for 6 months. If the client signs within that period, the commission is yours.
Yes. If you have a VAT number, you'll invoice us. If you don't have a VAT number (e.g. you're an employee), you'll issue an occasional-services receipt (ricevuta per prestazione occasionale) with your signature and a €2 stamp duty (marca da bollo). Compri will withhold the 20% advance tax and pay it to the tax authority on your behalf. The income must then be declared in your tax return (730).
Note for those without a VAT number: if over the course of the calendar year you earn commissions from two or more referrals (therefore exceeding €5,000 gross in total), a social-security aspect comes into play: on the portion above €5,000, you'll need to be formally registered through a labor consultant (consulente del lavoro), with a payslip issued. The income must still be declared in your tax return (730). We'll support you through the process.

Absolutely — there's no limit.
By "conflict of interest" we mean situations where the employee has a direct role in selecting, evaluating, or approving procurement software within their own company, or has interests tied to the referred clients. We also ask you to verify that your employment contract doesn't contain exclusivity or non-compete clauses that would prevent paid side activities. If in doubt, check with us before proceeding.
