1. Context and Objectives
Compri is a Procurement platform that automates purchasing processes through AI Agents: it manages orders, supplier qualification, tracks order confirmations, and handles technical documentation. It integrates with existing ERP systems and works alongside the procurement team without replacing their processes.
Notes: This document covers all modules present in Compri, not only those purchased. For the modules included in this offer, please refer to the contract.
2. Platform Architecture: 5 Modules
Compri is organized into 5 modules. Each module is overseen by a team of AI agents and contains multiple submodules, which represent the operational features actually used by users.
Intelligence Backbone is the core module: it is automatically activated once data integration is complete and forms the base upon which all others are built. The other 4 modules are modular and are activated according to the scope defined in the contract.
| Module | Type | What it does | Submodules |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Intelligence Backbone | CORE 7 agents | Reads spend, documents, and supplier data. Surfaces savings, anomalies, and risks before they impact P&L. It is the single source of truth, always up to date | Cowork · Documents · Analytics · Vendor Management · Price Intelligence · Insights · Budget |
| 2. Intake Orchestration | Modular 5 agents | Captures requests from any channel, classifies them, and routes them with all context to the correct buyer or team | Intake (PR) |
| 3. Smart Sourcing | Modular 6 agents | Suggests the best suppliers, manages RFQs, reminds those who don't respond, consolidates and compares offers | Request for X · Supplier Scouting · Contracts · Price lists |
| 4. Compliance Co-Pilot | Modular 4 agents | Qualifies suppliers, evaluates their risk, and keeps every certification and contract audit-ready | Onboarding · Compliance |
| 5. Supply Chain Automation | Modular 9 agents | Sends orders, reminds suppliers, checks order confirmations, notifies buyers, and updates the ERP | Order Management · Transport Docs · 3-way matching |

7. Module 5 — Supply Chain Automation
Every order under control, automatically: confirmations, reminders, and delays.
7.1 Order Management
Automation of order confirmations and reminders to suppliers, with full visibility into current orders, real-time status, and delays.
| Features |
|---|
| Order dashboard: tabular view with filters by buyer, supplier, status, and due date. Visual indicators for critical or delayed orders. Each order line shows the confirmation status (pending, received, discrepancy) |
| Header KPIs on the order view: total order lines, order amount, lines that are late, due soon, partially delivered, on time, and with a requested change |
| Intelligent Order Confirmation Reading (AI): AI reads supplier confirmation emails (PDF, Excel, plain text), extracts delivery dates, quantities, and prices, and automatically links them to the corresponding order line. Variance Management: If the confirmation differs from the order (date, quantity, price), the system flags the discrepancy and suggests a course of action |
| Multi-order summary notifications: When a supplier responds with a confirmation that affects multiple order lines and multiple orders, Compri generates a single task with line-by-line details of the variations (date, price, quantity) and suggested actions to approve or reject |
| Confirmation Compliance Rules (co-design): Compri verifies that the confirmation contains the minimum required information (to be configured: e.g., prices, dates, payment and delivery terms). If the confirmation is partial or informal (e.g., “yes, I accept” without details), the buyer must intervene. If complete, the order can be marked as “confirmed” with simplified validation. The AI also reads PDFs attached by suppliers (formal order confirmations, signed or generated by their ERP system). |
| Human validation: The buyer accepts, rejects, or counters the suggested change before it is recorded in the management system. No automatic changes are made without explicit approval |
| AI-powered automatic reminders: bulk selection of order lines and generation of personalized emails for each supplier. Not static templates, but AI-generated emails based on context (delay, urgency, history). Scheduling: reminders before the due date, on the due date, and after the due date with progressive escalation |
| Multi-level follow-up: configuration of reminder rules by order type, supplier, and criticality. Example: a polite reminder 7 days before the due date, a second reminder 3 days before the due date, and escalation to the manager 1 day after the delay |
| Emails sent from the platform: communications are sent from Compri with specific references to the order (purchase order number, line item, product, request date). The supplier replies to the same email, and the AI intercepts it |
| Email interaction without the platform: The buyer can reply directly to the supplier’s emails without opening Compri. The system reads the email thread and updates the actions page accordingly. If the response is sufficiently clear, the system interprets it and suggests the changes. This approach requires an initial period of trust-building: at first, the buyer approves actions on the platform; gradually, they can operate directly via email |
| Offline management: The buyer can bypass the email workflow if they already have an agreement with the supplier (via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at the supplier’s location). In that case, they update the order status directly without going through back-and-forth emails. Purpose: to avoid rigidity when the negotiation has already taken place |
| Communication history: Every exchange with the supplier is linked to the order line. Complete traceability of who wrote what and when |
| ERP read synchronization: orders, line items, dates, quantities, and supplier master data are synchronized from the ERP system. Configurable periodic updates |
| ERP write synchronization: Confirmed delivery dates are automatically updated in the ERP system after the buyer’s confirmation. Compri is the operational master: actions take place in Compri, and the ERP is updated |
| Real-time KPIs: average days of delay, OTD (On-Time Delivery), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), reliability by supplier and by category. Historical trends |
| Management of partial confirmations and split deliveries: if the supplier confirms only a portion of the quantity or proposes split deliveries, the system manages separate line items with distinct dates and quantities |
| Order versioning: Any change involving price or quantity generates a new version of the order (V1, V2, V3...). A change to the date alone does not generate a new version. The version history is tracked and available for review |
| Critical order alerts: Configurable notifications for late orders, confirmations missing for more than N days, and price deviations exceeding a threshold |
7.2 Transport Docs (release Q4 '26)
| Features |
|---|
| AI-powered collection and analysis of transport documents (DDT and shipping documentation) sent by suppliers |

| Highlighting discrepancies in price and quantity with recommended actions for the buyer or administrative department |
| Exception management with an approval workflow and full traceability |
